Rules and Regulations

Members must adhere to all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and purchase of coins, bullion, and other precious metals.

Members must conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner when interacting with other members and customers.

Members must maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared within the organization.

Members must not engage in any behavior that could be construed as discriminatory or offensive to others.

Members must report any violations of the rules and regulations to the appropriate authorities within the organization.

Conducting professional and honest transactions are at the core of the development of the CCC. In he next phase of development, a “review” function will be added to each members page that will allow you to review as well as receive reviews from those you have conducted transactions with, and build your very own reputation as a member of the CCC and precious metal industry.

Members ae encouraged to engage with other CCC members, as well as find and promote those who they feel will adhere to the rules and goals of the CCC. Every new member makes the CCC a safer and stronger platform to conduct person-to-person transactions.
